Why I created the Get Productive Pro Pack

  • Are the Q&A Calls Recorded?
    In order to allow both students and teacher to screenshare freely without concerns for privacy, we do not record the Q&A calls. HOWEVER, Power Hour Q&A calls will be one of the sources of ideas for new tutorials, which you will have access to. That is, we will create tutorials based on topics covered in the Q&A calls!
  • What happens if I can’t attend a live workshop?
    No worries! Every workshop will be recorded and uploaded to your Pro Pack portal, so you can catch up at your own pace. As long as you’re subscribed, you’ll have ongoing access to all the replays and resources.
  • Since I’m already a Get Productive with G Suite student, why do I need the Pro Pack?
    The Pro Pack builds on everything you’ve learned in Get Productive with G Suite and takes it to the next level. You’ll get ongoing workshops on a variety of new topics, support sessions to address specific challenges, and a growing library of tutorials that cover tools and techniques I haven’t taught before, or that I will teach in a new light.
  • Is this a one-time purchase?
    No, the Pro Pack is an annual subscription that renews every 12 months, so you can continue to access new content and support for as long as you’re subscribed. If you decide to cancel, your access will continue through the remainder of your current term. You will be given plenty of notice before your renewal date and if desired, you'll be able to cancel your subscription directly online.
  • Can I get 1:1 support?
    While 1:1 support isn’t included, the Monthly Support Power Hours Q&A sessions are designed to give you direct, personalized advice and solutions to your questions. If you need even more hands-on help, feel free to reach out to discuss a private consulting option!
  • If I don't join the Pro Pack, am I able to buy a course or sign up for one of the Workshops?
    Yes, you can purchase standalone courses and workshops (the prices will range from $27 to $97 for these). The Time Saver Tech Tutorials will be exclusive to the Pro Pack subscribers.
  • What do I lose access to if I don’t renew?
    You will retain access to any one-time purchase courses that you have purchased (such as Get Productive with G Suite). If you are a Get Productive Pro Pack subscriber and do not renew, then the workshops, tutorials, and live support access will end when your subscription term expires.
  • What if I don’t have time to implement everything?
    That’s okay! The Pro Pack is designed to meet you where you are. You can pick and choose the workshops and tutorials that match your immediate needs, and with ongoing access throughout your subscription, you’ll always be able to circle back to what you need, when you need it.
